1. Does Peng Guan make their own bak kwa?

Yes! Our pork jerky (also known as bak kwa) is purely handmade at our central kitchen. We make fresh bak kwa daily using quality raw ingredients, such as our premium air flown Brazilian pork. We hand-mince and then weave the meat using traditional bamboo sieves. Our Peng Guan special marinate recipe is then concocted and smothered onto the meat before we barbecue each slice over charcoal.
